HOW DO I ARRANGE AN INSPECTION?

       Normally, our clients contact us directly. We will coordinate the inspection date and time with your realtor or the property owner. Placing your inspection request a week to 10 days before the desired date is recommended, however inspections are regularly completed on shorter notice.

       Prices are based on the square footage of the subject property. Outbuildings are priced according to the size and the nature of the requested inspection. Please contact us with a description of the property and what, if any, additional tests are desired, to receive a free cost estimate.
